Event Liability Waiver

I, [Participant’s Name], hereby acknowledge that my participation in the IA LABS STEM CHALLENGE involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or death. In consideration of being permitted to participate in this event, I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless IA LABS, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in such activity, or while on or upon the premises where the event is being conducted.

I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved in participating in the event and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me as a result of being engaged in such activities.

I hereby certify that I am physically fit and able to participate in this event, and I understand that I am responsible for my own medical insurance coverage while participating in the event.

I understand that this liability waiver will remain in full force and effect indefinitely, and it applies to all present and future activities in which I participate.

I have carefully read this release and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and IA LABS, and I sign it of my own free will.
